Nefhm is a digital healthcare platform that connects you with licensed doctors remotely via video or chat, provides electronic prescriptions and medical reports, and lets you manage your health from one place.
Are the doctors licensed?
Yes. No doctor is activated on the platform before their credentials, professional license and experience are verified, and their performance is continuously reviewed through patient ratings.
What is the difference between instant and scheduled consultations?
An instant consultation connects you with the first available doctor in the specialty within minutes and suits non-emergency cases that need a quick opinion. A scheduled consultation books a specific time with a specific doctor.
How do I pay? Is it secure?
All payments are processed online through a certified payment gateway supporting bank cards, mada and Apple Pay. We never store your card details on our servers.
Will I receive a prescription?
If the doctor decides treatment is needed, an electronic prescription is issued to your record immediately and can be dispensed at a pharmacy. Some controlled medications cannot be prescribed remotely under regulations.
